HANOI – HALONG BAY – NINH BINH Duration: 5 Days/4 nights DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – CITY TOUR Welcome to Hanoi – Vietnam! Upon arrival flight, it takes us 35 minutes driving to the centre of Hanoi then check-in at hotel. Tour will start by visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside visiting) to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 - the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then visit Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter (Old Quarter Hanoi). Your next discovery is the old quarter which we visit by Green Car visitors will sit on the electric car to visit the old quarter (Streets to streets). The electric car will drop you off at Egg Coffee where you can try the special coffee of Hanoi. We drop you off at the hotel, and finish Hanoi half day tour. Arrive in Ha Long City at 11:30 AM and check in aboard the booked junk right after the welcome drink is served. Start cruising while having lunch on board and enjoy the mighty bay view. Ha Long Bay meaning Descending Dragon Bay in Vietnamese as legend has it that it was where a holly dragon landed down from sky. The bay, famous as one of the world’s wonders and heritage sites whose formation dates back 500 million years, consists of around 2,000 karst islands and islets scattered over an area of 1,553 km2. Relax to enjoy the bay view at sunset, have dinner after, go fishing at 09:00 PM and spend a night on board. Continue to cruise into Bai Tu Long Bay to discover the adjacent bay of “The Little Dragon Bowing to His Mother” as it is named. Check out and have lunch on board while heading to shore. Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi. Check in hotel. Evening at leisure. Short-brake en route. Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with Dinh King Temple and Le King Temple dating back to the 17th Century. Then Boarding a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which means literally “three caves” (1.5 hour boat trip). With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. You will feel the fresh air and peaceful moments, very good opportunities for photo lovers, freezing the special moments and scenery. Return to our car and then come back to Ha Noi. We take you to Ninh Binh province which is about 120 km far from Hanoi Old Quarter. 9h00-9h15 : Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax 10h15-10h30: Arrive Cozy Vietnam restaurant and start cycling 20 minutes to Hoa Lu ancient capital, then park the bicycle and walk to visit Hoa Lu. This is the first capital of Vietnam, you will be impressed by the outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17th century.(If you prefer not to cycle, we will transfer you by bus to Hoa Lu, where our tour guide will meet you and guide you to the temples. After the visit, we will transfer you back to Cozy Vietnam Restaurant) 11h30 :  Continue cycling tour 30 minutes more around the village to discover the life of local people and come back to Cozy Vietnam restaurant. 12h00:  Have Lunch at restaurant 13h00 – 13h30: Visit Tam Coc by 1.5- hour on the boat ride. During the boat trip, you will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy fields, river, water, cloud, sky and stunning cave system. Upon arrival at Ha Long, board the cruise and begin your journey through the stunning Ha Long Bay while enjoying a lunch of local cuisine on board. After lunch, participate in a guided tour of a grotto, where you'll marvel at the fascinating formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Continue with a visit to a nearby island, where you can relax on the beach or take a short hike to a viewpoint for a panoramic view of the bay. Then return to the cruise to take in the breathtaking bay view at sunset. After that, join a cooking class where you can learn to make traditional Vietnamese dishes and later enjoy a dinner featuring local specialties on board.
