Upon arrival in Halong, transfer to the pier and board a charming traditional wooden junk for cruising through the Bay. The cruise passes by rock formations with such names as Stone Dog, Incense Burner (Dinh Huong), and Fighting Cock (Ga Choi). Lunch on board (Local foods/Indian food, set menu, water and drinks at meal excluded). At the core of the islets, there are wonderful caves to visit called Thien Cung and Dau Go Cave. You visit the caves or just choose to relax on the boat. After 4 hours of cruising and exploring the Bay, we disembark at Halong pier and return to Hanoi we transfer via the expressway (2.5 – 3 hours driving) to Halong, one of the earliest World Heritages Sited designated by UNESCO for Vietnam in 1994. Have lunch at Indian restaurant PM : After Lunch, boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Then, cycle for an hour on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc - Bich Dong (around 5 km). Dive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel around at 18:30PM. HANOI – HALONG BAY – NINH BINH Duration: 5 Days/4 nights DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – CITY TOUR HALF DAY / PRIVATE TOUR Welcome to Hanoi - Vietnam! We take you to Ninh Binh province which is about 120 km far from Hanoi Old Quarter. 9h00-9h15 : Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax 10h15-10h30: Arrive Cozy Vietnam restaurant and start cycling 20 minutes to Hoa Lu ancient capital, then park the bicycle and walk to visit Hoa Lu. This is the first capital of Vietnam, you will be impressed by the outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17th century.(If you prefer not to cycle, we will transfer you by bus to Hoa Lu, where our tour guide will meet you and guide you to the temples. Upon arrival at Ha Long, board the cruise and begin your journey through the stunning Ha Long Bay while enjoying a lunch of local cuisine on board. After lunch, participate in a guided tour of a grotto, where you'll marvel at the fascinating formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Continue with a visit to a nearby island, where you can relax on the beach or take a short hike to a viewpoint for a panoramic view of the bay. Then return to the cruise to take in the breathtaking bay view at sunset. After that, join a cooking class where you can learn to make traditional Vietnamese dishes and later enjoy a dinner featuring local specialties on board.
